Stop wishing and start living - now!

Bronnie Ware, a palliative care nurse, spoke to people towards the end of their lives. Looking back upon life and career, the top 5 regrets were:

1. I wish I'd had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.
2. I wish I hadn't worked so hard.
3. I wish I'd had the courage to express my feelings.
4. I wish I had stayed in touch with my friends.
5. I wish that I had let myself be happier.

When you look at this ‘wish list’, ask yourself honestly -

Who or what is holding you back
- from living a life true to yourself?
- from working less hard or differently?
- from expressing your feelings?
- from reconnecting with your friends?
- from letting you be happy?

I have my answers to these questions.

What are your answers? And would you like to change them? You know you can!
