Individual Programs

My individual wellbeing coaching programs focus on:

Both programs start with a wellbeing assessment where we identify the issues you’d like to work on. From there, we focus on either the personal or professional outcomes you are looking to achieve.

Each program is designed in three modules that build on each other. You can choose one, or all three. There’s no deadline to complete, but for best results, each module should be completed within 8 weeks. All sessions take place either via Zoom or face-to-face.

One thing I have learned is how awkward and uncomfortable it can be to try to fit into a shape designed for someone else.

There were many times where I felt that no matter how hard I tried, I just didn’t fit. I didn’t thrive, shine or flourish. And it affected my relationship with myself and those around me. Until I started recognising what I needed to thrive, for my personal and professional wellbeing – without guilt.

My programs are like that as well. If you change your goals - great, that means that through the coaching process, you have identified what is meaningful and important to you.
