Mindfulness Practices

Mindfulness Practices for beginners and advanced practitioners.

Mindfulness is one of my pillars for improving personal and professional wellbeing. Here I have collected a variety of mindfulness practices that enhance your wellbeing. Each practice is designed to connect you with the present moment and cultivate inner resources.

  • Attention -> Focused Attention

  • Self-Awareness and Self-Esteem -> Lake Meditation

  • Resilience -> Mountain Meditation

Focused Attention

This practice consists of a short introduction and a 10 minute practice.

Focused Attention is designed to explore different anchor points to focus attention on, such as sound, physical touch points and breath. Participants are invited to discover which anchor points work best for them in the moment while shifting and sustaining attention in a structured format.

Mountain Meditation

The Mountain Meditation is a 18-minute meditation focusing on calmness and stillness when confronted with difficult emotions and circumstances and to connect with our inner strength and stability in the face of those internal and external challenges.

Lake Meditation

The Lake Meditation is a 20-minute meditation focusing on the internal reservoir of calmness and stillness that rests within us when confronted with difficult and disturbing emotions. Using the key virtue of the power of water -parting, letting things in, resuming - to deal with challenging moments.
