Have you lost sight of your own wellbeing as other events and people in your life took priority? Do you want to improve your wellbeing and are looking for someone to help you be accountable? Or are you struggling to articulate what being well means for you?

This program is designed for you.

Together we will explore what wellbeing would look like for you, in the context of your environment.

Whatever your goals are, they are intensely important and valuable for you to thrive. In this program, you will have the chance to articulate your wellbeing goals and discover your signature strengths.

They may include more physical fitness, better sleep, deeper relationships, or improved mental strength.

Designing a program around your life

Life is complex. And often it involves compromise. Discarding limiting beliefs doesn’t necessarily mean we will suddenly be free of all constraints.

But in some areas you may have more control than you think. Together we’ll build on those areas where you may have more control and find strategies for managing the others.

Starting with a wellbeing baseline assessment in the Foundations module, you will recognise and give names to areas you want to work on throughout the program.

We will use your strengths to show you how to get the best out of life and apply them to different situations. And we will get your biggest muscle - your mind - to start working in your favour.

This program meets you where you are. It is one-on-one coaching to support you in your personal wellbeing.

As you may have already guessed – I’ll always be a fan of going off-road.

So while we’ll plan a route, if your focus and goals change during the program - great. That means you realise what is truly important to you for your wellbeing. And you take it from there for the next sessions.

If you want to change one of the topics, or nominate one that you feel strongly about - excellent. You are taking control of your journey, shaping your life, and taking responsibility for your wellbeing and thriving.

Program Overview:

Discovery Call:

We begin with a discovery call to talk about where you are and what you are looking for in a coaching program.

I encourage you to check out some tips on how to find a coach you resonate and want to work with.

Program Structure:

Thriving consists of 3 modules - Foundations, Flexibility and Flourish.

The first module - Foundations - starts with a wellbeing assessment and introduces the base pillars for you to stand and build on.

Modules 2 and 3 build on each other and provide additional and deeper skills and resources to achieving your wellbeing goals.

The Foundations and Flexibility modules are typically completed over 8 weeks each. Fortnightly face-to-face or Zoom sessions are complemented by exercises and practices that give you the opportunity to try out the new skills.

Thriving can be combined with Wellbeing in Nature activities.

Foundations

Starting with a wellbeing baseline assessment, you recognise and give names to areas you work on throughout the program. This first module introduces the base pillars for you to stand and build on.

This module helps you discover and embrace your strengths and values, define what you need for your wellbeing and build your personal resilience.

- Wellbeing Assessment (initial)


Sessions 2-4 (1 hour):
- Embracing your Strengths and Values
- Thriving Wellbeing
- Building your Resilience

Flexibility

Build on the resources gained in module 1 - Foundations.


Develop flexible and specific tools for looking after yourself and discover how communication impacts your wellbeing and how to improve it.
