Using research-based methodologies and building on a compelling evidence base of practice from leading organisations, Vibrant offers stand-alone workshops and ongoing programs that enable the wellbeing of your workforce, sustain performance and enhance leadership.

Workshops:

Workshops can be either one-off events or designed to kick-start an ongoing change in your organisation. The Workshops typically run 3.5 to 4 hours, depending on number of participants and desired outcomes.

4-Part Series:

The 4-Part Series can follow on from a Workshop to create a longer lasting experience for the participants. Or it can be a stand-alone series. Its goal is to provide participants with the opportunity to practice and implement skills and concepts over time. Each module runs for 1.5 - 2 hours. Modules are typically 4 weeks apart.

Lunch Snippets:

The Lunch Snippets are designed to complement and support the outcomes of either a Workshop or the 4-Part Series. In short 15-20 minute episodes, participants can practice skills acquired during the other programs. Delivered on a rotating basis, once or twice weekly.
